ADVANCE DEPOSIT - equal to one night's rate, plus tax required for each room reserved. Deposits are
due within 10 days of date reservation is made. Personal checks are accepted if received at least 15 days
prior to arrival date. If deposit is made less than 15 days prior to arrival, Money Order, Certified Check, or a
Credit Card payment is required. Guests are expected to stay for the entire period for which room is
reserved. Deposit is applied to last night of reservation. All credit card reservations will be charged one night
at time reservations are made.
REFUND OF ADVANCE DEPOSIT resulting from cancellation of reservations will be subject to a
$15.00 service charge. Reservations must be cancelled at least one week prior to arrival.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT is due upon check-in and must be made by cash, traveler's check, or credit
card. Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. All rates subject to local and state
tax.
PERSONAL CHECKS are not accepted, and security deposits must be made in cash. Ocean West
Management reserves the right to change rates without notice. Reservations made prior to any rate change
will be honored at the previously confirmed rate.
